I wasted money buy buying a lifetime boost and I’m finished in days and apparently that is it! Fuming. Do NOT water money on buying any boosts ### 3/5 — It’s hard *2025-09-28, version 1.29* I’ve been playing for about a week. I got it because it was Christmas themed. Well I’ve learned from playing it asks for multiple things from the same generator and they want some higher tier items and it just takes forever to get to them. I mean the game is alright but it’s hard to get what you need. So I want to add to my review. I left the game for several months and came back because it’s now September so I figured get back into Christmas games again. Well I’m learning this game just randomly closes for no reason. None of my other games don’t do that thankfully. It’s only this one. ### 5/5 — Takes forever *2025-05-16, version 1.29* I have played this off and on for over a year when I finish the entire game I will wait awhile then play it again. My biggest complaint is when you have to get the Christmas bag I need two items from the bag and they are the very last two items so now I am on day 3 and have yet to get one of the items. Plus I waste up so much energy because I get more sewing needles then buttons. I don’t know why you have made it take days to get an item it makes people not want to even play the game. ### 3/5 — It’s hard *2024-11-08* I’ve been playing for about a week. Thank you for your patience! 🙏 ### 3/5 — Eh. *2024-02-16, version 1.24* Was interesting for a while but once first room is complete, you can’t move on to the next room. Support is useless, after 6 week I finally got a response and their advise was, “ you can move on to the next room”, no I can’t. I’m about to delete the game but I first wanted to post this review. ### 4/5 — One complaint *2024-02-11* I love the game but I do have one complaint when I have to make the Christmas bag which you need quite a few in order to make some of the items you have to click on the box with the buttons and needles in it but it is constantly giving me hinges. I have gotten so many of them I now have a bunch of dressers. I don’t need all of these dressers and you can’t sell them so then your forced to store them it would be nice if we could sell the hinges. I don’t want them or need them and it is getting to the point I am about to quit the game because of it. It is bad enough it takes forever to get the buttons for all the Christmas bags because of all the needles and hinges at least I can sell the needles which is good but I am so tired of all these hinges and dressers that can’t be sold. **Developer response:** We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Some items take too long to achieve *2024-01-03, version 1.24* I do have to say I enjoy the game BUT there are some MAJOR flaws that take away from enjoyment of the game. The first is the fact that there is ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So if you have a question or concern forget it. This is a forum page that can answer a FEW questions but again it’s not really active and questions stay unanswered. For instance when merging items or getting items to merge there are random purple chests that appear and then drop to the bottom of the screen never to be seen again. What are they, where do they go and why can’t you access them?? I have sent numerous support requests and nothing is ever answered. What’s the point of giving a bonus if you don’t know how to access it??? Second some items like the robot or the Christmas book take so long to merge to get and the wreath or toy bag gives out so little and take so long to get to produce those items it’s far too frustrating to take all that energy and time to get them.
