It is fun to unlock the new ducks. But as soon as I reached level 18 pilot duck, the game crashed and completely reset my progress. Is there any way to get it back? **Developer response:** I'm very sorry for the trouble caused by the bug. You can upload the progress data to the iCloud from the Settings UI in the game. When you restart game, you can download the data by clicking the button at the bottom left corner in the Game Start UI. I guess you probably didn't upload it before, I'm really sorry. ### 5/5 — Great Time Waster, but *2019-12-29, version 1.0.20* Love the game. It's a fun way to pass time. But, one glitch. My daily quests haven't refreshed in a week. It keeps saying anywhere from 7-10 hours until new quests refresh. It's really slowing down my advancement in the game. I log in a couple times a day to collect rewards and merge some ducks. The only complaint I have is that I’ve hit a brick wall in progress. I’ve gotten all my ducks to level 20 and upgraded them with both coins and gems, but to get them even 1 level higher takes DAYS. All my data is lost, including the gems I paid for. **Developer response:** Sorry, because Merge Duck is not an online game, if the save file is not uploaded to iCloud manually before the game is deleted (clicking the setting button ⚙ in the bottom left of the Start Menu), then the save file will be deleted together. The only feasible solution is to suggest you apply for a refund. I'm really sorry. ### 4/5 — Really fun but... *2020-08-02, version 1.1.0* I love this game and I’ve spent hours on it so far. It’s a simple but fun game. I’ve played others like it but I like the silly nerdy spin this one has. My only problem is that some of the upgrades are too pricy. $10 for no ads is more that I’m up for. If it was bundled with the premium for $10 I would be more up for it. Same for the 8 hour idle. They just feel like too much. If they were like $3.99 or $4.99 it would be different. My only other problem is that like 80% of the time my ads don’t work. It takes forever to get my bonus gauge full. Feels like I’m almost being punished for not buying the no ads pack. I know my connection works and I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game and get the same problem. It hinders how many diamonds I can earn by a lot and prevents me from gaining any of the ad watching benefits of the game. But I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s still a really fun game and I love all of the references! **Developer response:** This bug has been fixed.
