I have clicked on “App Support” and it takes me to a Facebook page where it is all input by the admins. There is a link to the supposedly support group page but I have been waiting over a week to be accepted. Also no reply to my PM. I am very disappointed. I thought a game like this would have at least better support with a good standing on Facebook and a discord channel like other merge games. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2023-01-10* I really enjoyed the game but no update in six month and when I reached out to support they don’t respond tried 4 times and no response very sad ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-09-06* FIX the game! It freezes and I can’t collect coins in level. It takes more chalices than a level is worth. And you ask for a daily transfer of an item that is NOT available unless you by an egg nest for gems with no option to skip it. And worse yet the amount of power needed to clear fog this early in a game is ridiculous ### 1/5 — Great game until… *2021-11-28* Spent a lot of money thrilled to have wonders then… freeze froze and then erase. Game froze and ate my wonders. Spent hours to fix. Gone.
