Your app is upside down you open it. It rotates the wrong way. I have an iPad. It shouldn’t be doing that. Will you please fix it? I just seen you had an update today and it didn’t fix the issue. It is very annoying, especially when completing something time sensitive, and instead of being able to do that there are multiple popups interrupting everything. I also don’t appreciate being forced into certain actions, if I do not want to complete an action at that moment in time why is the game forcing the issue! Also, when you hard press an item, instead of just showing you the smallest to the largest item in the spectrum, it should also show which building you can get that item from ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2026-06-20, version 4.41.0* I have been playing this game for a long time. I have gotten really far and recently I paid over 20 dollars to get over 3,000 in purple playing lightening. All of it was taken away from me, all of it! I am sick over it. I can’t believe I spent so much money finally on the purple lightening power to play a stupid game and then it turns around and takes it all away bc I didn’t use it instantly. Insane! I paid for it with money. There is no excuse for that, seriously. I am not sure I will be spending another dime on this game and I have been one of their best customers so be aware people. I was the fool for sure I am so upset with myself. You can’t trust anyone even when it seems like it is a cool fun game to play. Tried to get the most recent avatar after playing for a while and having kit spent any money and spent over 20$ trying to get the pack done and still could not. Merging three pieces produces one piece, while merging five pieces produces two. Which is a much better value at playing the game. However, this game freakishly grabs three piece pieces and merge them automatically. This is very frustrating and takes so much fun out of the game. You’ve got some Facebook pages out there where people are complaining about it. Go check it out and take their feedback. Give us an option to “undo last move” or “turn off the merge three feature”. Other merge games do this. I’ve been submitting this feedback to the developers for two years now and I just constantly get the same response. We’ll take it into consideration. ### 1/5 — Undo the new update *2026-05-02* The game is fun but the new update sends pieces way off the screen and it takes forever to find them again. It’s not logical and it’s making the game literally no fun anymore. It’s not a “hunt the thing you just split” game. Roll back the update please.
