You absolutely don’t have to spend money to progress at a reasonable pace, and the ads are all voluntary. I enjoy that the rewards you get for watching an ad at worthwhile, and can cut the wait time to complete an item up to 20 minutes! Sometimes an ad will be offered several times for one item which is unique to this type of game. If you want to watch ads to grind and get energy, the option is there! The events are fun, and add some variety to the game play while you wait to complete some larger task and the multiple islands are also enjoyable. ### 5/5 — Satisfactory *2025-01-25* I do like the game.
