Man kommt bis zu einem gewissen Level gut weiter. Danach geht nichts mehr. Man braucht Monate, um genug Energie zu bekommen, um das nächste Stück Land frei zu schalten. Die Minen für neue Stücke sind teils erst erreichbar, wenn man schon längst keine Abbaumöglichkeiten mehr hat. So macht das keinen Spaß

現在開催中のイベント考古学のアイテムを作っても全くカウントされません。
前回のイベントでもカウントされず何かの不具合かと思いスルーしましたが、今回もカウントされていないためゲーム内の問い合わせに問い合わせしましたがダメでした。
どこに問い合わせたらいいのでしょう。

7／15追記
問い合わせから２ヶ月以上経っても、あちらからはなんの音沙汰もありません。
6月のはじめにどうなっているかをお聞きしましたが『只今調べていますのでお待ちください。後日、進捗状況をお知らせします』と言われました。2度目の問い合わせから１ヶ月以上経ちましたが、全く連絡がありません。

Here’s a question for you guys… do you want your players actually to play the game or do you just wanna continue to play the game and tell us all what to do with the entire. because when the player downloads the game, the player actually would like to play the game and not be babysat the entire game do not come back at me and tell me that you don’t tell us how to play the entire game because you do I’m at level 3I’m still being told how to play the game. you just completely ruined it for the players when you just play it for us back off at level two and let the players figure it out from themselves. We don’t need your help.

I actually love the game but the sheer amount and length of ads is off putting. At least 30% of the time spent playing this game is watching ads where a great deal of them have no way to silence them. I won’t have this game downloaded long.

Very fun game, but the storyline is a little bit difficult to follow. Game also has good graphics, and is entertaining to watch.

I absolutely Love this game, but unfortunately, every time I leave and come back my recent progress is lost. Which really stinks because I’ll watch an ad or work hard on something and then it’s gone when I get back waste of time and effort

I paid for 30 days of no ads and the first month was great but second month I paid but still having to watch ads.  Tried leaving a message on “contact us” but still waiting for a reply.  Going to cancel subscription if don’t hear back soon. 🙁

I like the game but a pop up saying archive system upgrade. It seems to take so long to sync when you push the button. I am on WiFi so it shouldn’t just seem to stay stuck on the loading

いつもゲームを楽しませてもらってます。
アップデートしてから、いくつか気になる点
①一定の時間になったら無料で貰えるスタミナ
(〜8時、8時、12時、17時、21時)
→時間になっても、もらえない時が結構な頻度であります。マージしたら、ボーナス？でスタミナが貰える時がありますが、それと何か関係ありますか？貰える前提で時間とスタミナを調整しながら消費して、いざ時間になったらもらえない…
改善お願いします。

②ほうき機能が無くなった代わりに、ダブルタップしたら、同じ種類ものが集まってくれる
→宝箱とか開けた時、良く行方不明になったりするし、ほうき機能は時間に制約があったので、非常に助かります。その代わり、元々そこにあった物が全然違うところに行ったりします。ほうき機能は、長押ししてたら同じ物が何個かあるものだけ光ってたので、マージできる物があるかどうかに気付けていたので…(ダブルタップだと、同じ物があるのかどうかも分からないので、下手したらしらみ潰しで全部ダブルタップしないといけなくなる)
一長一短ですね。

①に関しては、困ってるところがあるので、修正お願いします。

また気になる点が数点
①しばらくして開き直したら、落とす前のプレイの状態にリセットされている時があります。

②ゴブリンが2人しか使えないので、長時間建設などに時間がかかる時はゴブリン(1時間のみ補助で使えるゴブリン)を使う時があるのですが、再ログインした際、常時使えるゴブリンが使われてる…
何回もあっていてこれは本当に困ってるので改善お願いします。

Worst game I have ever played!  Don't waste time on this app, and definitely don't spend money on this app. It is quite the rip off. Contacting support is no help. They will "Dear Friend"  you out the wazoo but they won't correct or help you with anything. The game is very inconsistent. It never saves your last steps on exit no matter what steps you take to exit the game, so the last several steps (and they may have been critical ones) are lost. 

Today, I logged out with approximately 700 stamina and had just opened 6-7 "free" chests I had been saving to have several like items to merge. I left the items out on the board to come back and merge later when it was time for castle refreshes. Guess what? I had ONLY 200 stamina and the items from the chests were GONE.  Not to mention the stinking excessive amount of as well as extra long length of the ads! I understand the need for ads to keep the free version of the game free, but ads that are well over 60 seconds?? Seriously?? The majority of the ads I have watched lately are 90, 100, 110 and 120 seconds long!! I would say about 85-95% of the ads I have watched lately are well over 60 seconds. It's unreasonable even for free. 

That's it. The last straws. I'm done with this game.

バグなのか、今週何もイベントが出なくなった。前にもあった。毎回何度もスクリーンショットを送れと催促してくる。やり取りのなかでIDもわかるだろ。対処と修正を速やかにしてくれ！今まで掛けた時間と労力を返して欲しい。こんな事が続くのなら他のゲームをすれば良かったと後悔してます。やめ時&削除！よって星1！！

とある箇所で、鉱山ではなくキャッスルのエリアが先に解除されてしまい、必要なパーツの出るタイルは数個しかないので堀り尽くしてしまう。鉱山のあるエリアに辿り着くには2000以上の風車が必要で、ひたすら毎日餌やりしかやれることがない。四六時中張り付いて上がるのは1日で200足らず。菜園は2度取ったら枯渇し、空から降ってくるのは要らない苗のみ。苗は1日3回しか買えない。イベントは数日しかない期間限定パーツの箱を大量にくれるが置き場に困るし本来の建築に割くゴブリンが減って困るだけ。資源とゴブリンに課金させたいのがみえみえで萎える。ちなみに置き場も買えるが僅か10しかないスペースが1000円以上。買う気はしない。
それからマージするたびに上からパーツを持ったドラゴンが手元の邪魔になるところに降ってきて課金させようとするのはいやらしいのでやめてほしい。1分間に何回イライラしたらいいんだ。
【追記】クリアできないとクレームをつけているにもかかわらず、無料でクリアできますの回答は草。掘り尽くしたら次のドラゴンのパーツさえ出ないのは開発した本人なら分かってるでしょうに。9段階あるうちのいちばん下のランクのパーツが1つ、一日3回買えて、それだけでドラゴンを解放するのに何日かかるか分かりますか？そこまで待てるわけないでしょうよ。アンスト一択ですし星も増やさないです。むしろゼロにしたい笑

I absolutely love this game, it’s probably my favorite at the moment! The only feedback I have is making the save progress every minute instead of 5 because I am not bad with technology but it had me to confused. Support answered that there’s an exit/ save progress button, it simply says “quit” that should be reworded because it makes me fear I’ll delete all of my progress when it says are you sure you want to quit the game?! lol I doubt everyone would know to click that before leaving a game because other games just auto save and that’s what we’re used to! They may lose customers this way

I absolutely Love this game, but unfortunately, every time I leave and come back my recent progress is lost. Which really stinks because I’ll watch an ad or work hard on something , start hours long builds to return to, and then it’s gone when I get back waste of time and effort. I’ve tried so many different tricks but it’s been like this for months. They replied to my last review saying save progress before leaving but there is no button to do so. Is it the “quit button” that should be reworded because it makes me fear I’ll delete all of my progress hitting “quit”

I’ve been playing this game for quite a while, and I really did love it, but now all of a sudden it won’t open. Just the beginning screen, no loading bar, nothing. Just sits on that screen and won’t do anything. Super disappointed.
