It’s very fun! ### 1/5 — Lost progress trying to fix bug, no customer service *2025-09-27, version 1.12.0* Hello, so I was on level 56 on this game, and I literally just finished making a couple of purchases and for some reason did not have the most recent update so the only way that I know how to fix that on every app I’ve ever played on was to delete it and then re-download it and when I did that I lost all of my progress and all the money I had just spent and I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone with customer service and apparently they just don’t exist. I am infuriated by this and if somebody knows how to contact a human being that can fix this that would be lovely. Otherwise I’m done with this app and spending all the money.
