Used to love playing this game, even though play is limited without having to pay. Haven't been able to load the game for weeks now since hitting "ok" to restore the reward of a previously watched ad makes the app freeze and there's no way to get app support. I hoped updating the app would resolve it but nope. Be warned you may get locked out

I’ve been playing this game on and off for a few years now. Its a lot of fun if you love merge games, and the storyline is cute. I really appreciate that the ads are optional- you can choose to watch an ad to get extra energy, get a duplicate item..etc..

I've been playing this game since it was released. I started it on my tablet and now I play on my phone. I spend money on the game every once and a while because I know I won't stop playing it. I don't normally spend money on apps or games unless I know I will use it for a long time.

Je trouve vraiment dommage qu’il n’y ait plus de nouvelles zones
Que les merveilles et les albums soient tjrs les mêmes, y’a plus vraiment de fun,… et je pense que bcp de joueurs assidus qui sont loins dans le jeu finissent par partir et je vais probablement faire pareil
Pourtant le jeu est chouette mais la c’est trop redondant …

I played this game for years, had progressed very far, enjoyed the challenge and effort it took to get to where I was. An update reset my account that was linked to the multiple options offered, I was left with no coins, gems, purchased promos, and all my max or near max generators. I was devastated. 

I recently redownloaded this game in hopes to play again, I played for an hour for a day, and now the next day it won’t load. I tried waiting for quite some time, then delete and redownload, after 30 minutes it just won’t work. 

I loved this game, I want to love this game again, but it doesn’t seem to want to be played. 

I hope this can be resolved, preferably putting me back to where I was years ago, or even just allowing me to play.

Edit: Rerated review as an update was released and a swift response from the developer was sent.
