Love this game but got a shock when my chipmonks were taken away.  They were my favourite.  Definitely not as good without the two to jump between.

I gave 2 stars because it just takes too long to build the houses. The 4 houses that have to be put on the main big block. It was fun when I first started but I’m getting bored because of how long it’s taking to have something else to do.

I have an item I need that is located behind the fountain it goes in to complete the build. For two days I’ve been tapping and trying to move it but it won’t budge. I spend money in this game and don’t really want to delete. I need a solution . Please.

I have never played games on my phone, iPad or laptop before until this game popped up one day while downloading a game for my grandson. I searched free games and this popped up in my App Store. I had been trying to find a way to relax during the day so tried playing. I have spent a lot of money in the past few weeks trying to move on to levels. It’s the only way I can play unfortunately. If you go off it for awhile and go back on you have some energy added but simply not enough to accomplish much. I read on some comments that you don’t have to spend money to play that you can get all the energy you need to make it through levels. I must be missing information to be able to do this. I also would love to have some information so I can find out how to avoid things I don’t need so not to waste my time. I’ve read post about ones deleting everything they don’t need to clear your game area. I have experienced several times glitches that others have had as well. One that is the most annoying and expensive things that happens is I buy things in the store to help move forward and then I never get what I bought. I normally purchase the $19.99 and some$79.99 because I get more for the money then nickel dime me to death along the way with the one that comes up for .99, 1.99, 2.99, 5.99 block for the free ones added on but I have not received them at times either. I’ve sent messages by email several times with this issue but I felt they don’t believe me by what they messaged back just once then never heard back from my other emails. Unfortunately I need to stop playing because I can’t afford to spend so much money on just a game. It seems like the more I get to higher levels the more glitches happen. This game by far is awesome to play and just what I needed to help zone out for awhile. It definitely helps my anxiety that I deal with daily. Hope to hear back from someone as I notice others have been here. Thank you for making a great game I had enjoyed playing.

I just wish the rewards were better for playing the challenges. Instead of getting 1 level one coin, 2 silver coins, 3 gold coins, 4 gold coins (all mostly in a row for rewards) I’d rather get higher level of coins and other higher up rewards like rubies or the higher levels of the magic crystals.

Great game for my kids. But again, KIDS. Kids have no patience to sit here and wait for energies to restore. And it’s a way for the game to make parents pay for them and I find that to be a big bag of bologna honestly. Sorry. Great game, but maybe fix the energy part. Thanks.

I have put a lot of money into this game because it’s a fun game. 
Twice now it starts me all over again from the beginning and when I’m so far in the game!! 
Will not be playing anymore, unless they make a solution to this issue I’m having.
