To help us resolve your issue, please email us at support@platinumcityapps.com and attach a video clip which is not showing the video on the app. ### 3/5 — Needs more features plus chroma key would be the best *2019-03-15, version 1.1* I honestly have used cute cut pro for everything if you want you can look up my channel on YouTube I currently have 758 or so subscribed but I run my channel from my phone since I don't have a good computer and it's slow and all but if you look me up TechSavagePro no spaces you will see over time my vudeos have improved I began to use CUTE CUT PRO and I would live it if this app was more of a competitor to Cute cut pro even tho I bought the app already I EXPECT a lot out of this app the Way it was presented also there are little apps that are FREE WITH GREEN SCREEN/ CHROMA KEY feature I mean even the I movie app itself dosebt have it but on Mac it's there pls bring green screen features pls I hope you read all the way good app but it can be better I'm sure you know what hopefully I can see some of my tips in a update and praying for a green screen update HOPE YOU MADE IT TO THE END HAVE A GOOD DAY ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Force pay *2025-11-18* It was easy to use accept that force pay at the end trying to save the video, not even a try before you buy. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2025-02-08* This is the fifth app in 3 days that doesn’t work and I’ve had it. Sliding clips/songs into specific places is also tough, but that’s more the first difficulty described above.
