I send out requests Every time I log in (which is at least daily) I haven’t ever seen a request to Be a friend either. I have spent a ton of money on this game and really wish it were more popular. I’m still going to keep it as a daily game and just hope there’s a glitch in the system as to why I can’t collect friends on there. I have spent mint for opening chests, daily gem packet And all the lands, but still don’t k ow how long I will continue to play. There’s another merge game that I learned about through one of the reward ads. It’s Way better. And I have Friends on there to exchange gifts. Only been playing That for a week. Go figure. SeaTopia may be on my device but Not a daily except to collect my gems. Then who knows after this current monthly card is done. The side map of tasks does not work. I’ve made several in game purchases, and would continue to support the game in this way. My previous device is dying and I am having some difficulties moving my progress from iPad to new iPhone. I have my player ID screenshots. Support has been utterly unresponsive. Sent half a dozen requests. HELLO? ### 1/5 — New levels not coming *2025-03-19* I enjoyed playing this game. I tried waiting for the new levels coming but they still hadn’t released. They still said new levels coming soon. They hadn’t even released. What’s going on, here? ### 1/5 — Very broken cannot contact support *2024-05-30* This is a very broken game although it has a lot of potential. When you purchase things a lot of the resources don’t download and they take up space on your board that cannot be moved. You cannot change your privacy settings when you first login it posts an error. Because resources don’t download you can’t actually get to the high-level sea creatures that help you unlock higher levels. The endgame function to access support is broken and sending emails directly have not been responded to even after a couple weeks ### 1/5 — Messed up economics *2023-12-28* Why is everything only worth 1 coin? Literally everything. Level 1 chest, max level chest, 1 coin. Level 1 shell, max level shell, 1 coin. So much for building currency. All upward growth appears to be at a standstill. I’ve made several in game purchases, and would continue to support the game in this way. My previous device was destroyed, but I now have a new apple product and would like to continue playing this game. Are you able to help me restore my progress? I have my purchase history if that helps. ### 5/5 — Perfect way to unwind *2023-11-24* I’ve got no bad things to say as of right now. lol. The only thing that comes to mind for something to change is Everytime I open the game those pesky ad boxes pop up. Every Time. Maybe recognize a 24 hour cycle and only put them up once? I am currently using the monthly card. I have also made numerous purchases for those Cute elves. I have no problems to date with getting rewards for ads when I chose to watch them. Keep up the great work at making sure the game is updated frequently to assure it’s working proper for those of us that stick with it.
