Lack of communication
Due to issues in the smoothness of the game and lack of response to my asking what the problem was, I deleted the app from my iPad and reinstated it but it wouldn’t let me restore my purchases and when I queried why, I was told I would have to pay to remove the ads before I could do this. I told them that I had already paid to remove the ads on my original game and asked why I still couldn’t restore my purchases. Nobody responded to my message. Eventually, I paid to remove the ads yet again but still am unable to restore my purchases. Yet to have any response from the support team. Very unprofessional and shows a lack of courtesy towards their customers. A very good game badly but let down by an unprofessional attitude by staff.

Beat the Game
I loved this game, so I wish I could give it more stars. But, I have beaten the game!! There are no longer any characters to makeover, and it has been this way for a few months. I now have 300,000+ coins with nowhere to use them, because I have been hoping for more characters so I have kept playing. Please update this and add characters ASAP!!!!
