But it no longer starts for me. It’ll say “connected to PlayFab” but then won’t start. I uninstalled and reinstalled. No matter if I’m on WiFi, data, it just won’t start. The game is super great and I’m free to play so it doesn’t feel pay to win at all. Again I’m going to try a couple of ways to fix this, but I’d like to here back from the creators or someone who can help me. This also wasn’t an all the sudden thing. This has been a thing for months on end so it can’t be a the servers are shut down kinda thing. ### 3/5 — Good game but it doesn’t work anymore *2021-07-19, version 1.5.9* So when I first played this game it was amazing and I loved it, but I ran into a problem a few months ago to where it would log me in and the say error. I’ve reported it multiple times like it says to do but it doesn’t work. I just want to play this game again because it was so fun, and I’m a huge fan of SSundee. I just re downloaded the game on my new gen 7 iPad and I can’t get it to load. I don’t know why but I have tried it with my Bluetooth off and on and it still won’t load. I am reporting this bug because I had internet connection when I tried to load it. Does that have anything to do with not being able to load the game? I am sorry about my complaint. ### 4/5 — This game is really good, but theres problem *2020-09-18, version 1.5.9* I really like this game but there is a slight problem when i played it for the first time. I really like the creator that made this game, SSundee, tottaly out of the reason i did this. But the problem is that, whenever i played it would always put this error that really annoyed me. It wouldnt let me play the game, but atleast it got better and i could play it again whenever i wanted to. But again, that happened when i played for the 17th or 16th time when i logged in the game. I deleted it because as for most games I play, it got boring after a while. I was playing Cube defense on Roblox yesterday and I was like, “you know, I kinda wanna play merge TD” so I downloaded the game again but when I got into it, it said “Connected to playFaB Successfully” for a while and then it said “Something went wrong! Please help us resolve the issue by Reporting the issue” or something like that, this keeps happening and it’s SO FRICKING ANNOYING, I’ve Reported the issue, un and reinstalled, I’ve tried restarting my iPad, NOTHING WORKS, I don’t know what to do anymore, Double jump, or Ssundee if your reading this, please fix this game so I can play this Amazing game ### 4/5 — Great game, but one small glitch *2020-06-14, version 1.5.9* So I was going about my day, playing Merge TD, and then I had to buy a tier 2 tower and it glitched out or something and randomly became a tier 3, which is the tier that I get from normal boxes, adds aren’t a problem, as many people are complaining about them. Yet when I buy a tower from the store, it turns into the tower I get from the normal boxes, again, great game, but please fix this glitch. As one of Ssundee’s subscribers, I give him all the support I can, but this glitch needs to be fixed, I hope nobody else is experiencing this, but either way, please fix it, and Ssundee, your awesome ### 2/5 — Fun TD game with little depth *2020-01-26, version 1.5.7* This is a great intro to TD games for a kid. The entire ‘strategy’ is to merge towers into the next level tower. Or, you can watch an ad to get a tower or boost for free (boosts are like do dbl dmg fir 45 sec). Also, you earn gold while you’re not playing the game and can double that by watching an ad. There’s no freeze, cannon, air, lightening, or any other sort of tower. Each level tower has a name that indicates some firm of ability like laser tower but doesn’t seem to do anything other than more damage. Completely bored with the game after just a few repetitive waves. ### 4/5 — Really Fun and Entertaining game but the ADS *2019-12-24, version 1.5.7* I found this game from one of my favorite content creators,SSundee. I started playing it while he talked about in one of his videos. I was excited while the game was downloading, I hopped into the game and started the basic tutorial of how the mechanics of the game work. It started like Bloons TD, one of my favorite tower games also. Then stuff started to happen. I usually play merge game like I’m on a shopping spree. I’m always buying stuff in the shop, but like almost every game, the ads pop up randomly. At the start, it wasn’t a really huge deal because ads happen on almost every free game/app. But the problem is that now I have to sit there about 25-30 seconds for a dumb ad to play, it’s just wasting time of your life. If I wanted to buy a tower, I have to wait until I buy a tower, so it’s not how I play merge games at all. So SSundee or Double Jump, please don’t put many ads in the game or it’s just turning into a watching boring ads TD game. ### 4/5 — Great game, but some ad problems *2019-08-25, version 1.14.0* This game is pretty fun to come on every once in a while and play for like ten minutes. I would highly recommend it. But I have one very annoying problem. So I’m completely fine with pop up ads because that’s how you make your money of course, but whenever I enter the shop, the best tower I can buy is always being blocked by an ad button. Basically it gives you the option to watch an ad for a free of that tower. It’s a cool concept but it completely blocks the buy button which means every time I want to buy that tower I must watch an ad. Which varies from 15 to 30 seconds. And you go into the shop a lot so it’s incredibly annoying. It should stay into the game, but put it next to the buy button so people don’t waste time. Personally I’m really close to deleting the game because of how much this slows down gameplay. I get you want money, but your making enough from the pop up ads that you don’t need to be that scummy to have to slow down gameplay just to get an extra 30 seconds of watch time. Otherwise great game, if they change this then I’ll keep playing it for sure! ### 4/5 — Great game but needs a few things *2019-07-22, version 1.9.3* I love watching Sundees minecraft videos and when I saw this game and thought I would give it a try and let’s just say I have been playing for a few days and have already restarted my game and am in round 223 but a few thing I think will help the game is getting rewards when you level up because I’m level 20 and have not gotten anything but 4 tiles and should make a different game mode because it’s starting to get boring just making new towers but yeah that it but is a good game. Many of my high level towers are being trashed by accident while I’m trying to move them. I think it is mostly me, but would it be possible to add the option to recover towers from the trash? Or at least be able to move the trash to a different location? When I play I turn on airplane mode so it brings me to a different map and then no ads appear but when I logged in with WiFi on, I was on a different map with more room for towers. At first I was like, THIS IS AWESOME! But now when I turned on airplane mode again, most of my towers just disappeared. Then I turned on WiFi again so I went in the new map but nothing was still there. Now I only have three level 33 towers and that’s it. Before I had six 33 level towers, one 28 level, one 27 level, one 26 level, and one 25 level. PLEASE FIX! One star for now. **Developer response:** We've addressed this issue in our next update (Version 1.4.2), and that should be live in a day or two. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Connected to PlayFad successfully or not? *2022-11-01, version 1.5.9* I am have trouble getting into the game, before when I first had it I LOVED it but then it just started saying Connected to PlayFad successfully and wouldn’t stop. This game is AWESOME underneath but the loading screen will not stop and I even tried reinstalling it again today after a year or so and the same thing happened. Before I would try about fifty times and I was able to finally get in but after multiple times having to do that was not worth it to me. I hope all of you who can get in enjoy the game but it won’t load for me. 🙁 ### 1/5 — Don’t Download; Doesn’t work *2022-06-04, version 1.5.9* Don’t waste your time with this app. It doesn’t work and the developers don’t care to fix the issue. Read a review from 3 years ago that reported the same issue; game doesn’t load after it has “connected to PlayFab successfully,” then it gives the option to report an issue by sending an e-mail to the developer that clearly doesn’t care or is too inept to fix issue. I have tried to load this on my iPhone and my iPad and I received the same error message on both devices. ### 1/5 — I Can’t Log In *2021-07-03, version 1.5.9* In not the person to write reviews, but this is a problem that I want fixed. When I try to log in, it has my Game Center notification say I’m signed in. After a minute or two, it says it detected an issue and I can’t log in. This started happening after I played. A couple days after I started playing it had this issue and has been doing the same thing for 2 years. Ive tried uninstalling then reinstalling but that didn’t work and I don’t know what to do now. I hope this gets fixed soon TL;DR: I haven’t logged in for 2 years due to an issue logging in. ### 1/5 — Can’t get into the game *2021-06-07, version 1.5.9* I have read the reviews to see if it was a device issue or the game itself but it seems years ago and to a user on July 10th was having this issue last year still with no response. The game does the same as his/hers, it will say it connected to PlayFab successfully then will say there was an error of some sort. I have tried to download and reinstall but there has been no change in the loading screen. Unplayable! I just reset the game by prestige, after the game leaves me on a loading screen when it says the prestige is “done!” but in my case it wasn’t done! It crashed my game and with that I re-opened the app just to enter to the same signal “done!” I was ready to actually leave a good review after the prestige, guess that will never happen. Horrible game, does not even deserve a 1-star, I’m pretty sure the owner or development group won’t care and see the real issue with my review and just copy and paste some lame old business email so I can just be left on read. But please I suggest to delete this game you can find many good idle merge games with the same theming like this one. **Developer response:** I'm sorry you're encountering this issue. Okay so let’s start on the good side first, so I had so much fun playing this game I played it with my friends against my friends and it was such a good game, best I’ve ever downloaded, but then once I “tried” to get in and it never stopped loading I waited about 15 minutes and it never stopped, I mean it has good music, but I will still give it a one star, it just was/is never fun anymore and it still ain’t so I might recommend this game but if you try for about 10 minutes and the loading doesn’t stop just get rid of it, but if you have no room on your phone I do not recommend this game. Hope you can stay ahead of your friends ### 1/5 — Horrible update *2019-05-06, version 1.4* I really liked the rebirth/reset feature you could trade progress for stars then buy things with them and then you remove them?!?!?! All the people that rebirth lost their rewards and you guys do nothing and then you add gems??!?!? Why so now if you want to play like you used to it’s pay to win horrible update from 4 stars to 1 star, I cannot believe that you would remove the features and rewards and add a pay to win currency! This is what you call from fun to trash. Also I was actually liking this game, logging on daily to collect rewards from the daily gift and still do but now I need the rewards from the rebirth back, I lost all my progress and used it on rewards and they were actually good and helped me, then you removed it now I’m on wave 183 when I used to be on 453 and it was in the end basically trash. And now pay to win, I only have one thing left. Your game is trash **Developer response:** I'm very sorry that you've run into this problem. We have not removed the prestige system, gems was a secondary update that should not have effected anything relating to prestige. I am a really great fan of Ssundee but this game is having really bad problems and I don’t like it. i’ve been trying to reset my phone going back into the game cause again I’m going back into the game again and still doesn’t work. Ps bifflwiffls a foot ### 5/5 — PLAYFAB GLITCH FIX🥕🥕 *2021-08-04, version 1.5.9* For some reason, when you are signed into game center, the game will not connect to PlayFab, even though it says it did in the menu. The fix is simple, just sign out of game center. Dont worry, other games wont have the data wiped. It is all stored in game center. You can sign in and out of game center in the iPhone settings. As of right now im about 100th place in the forest region in the game. But this is where my recommendation comes. In that region, i have all the spots unlocked, filled with max level towers. I would really love if more levels of towers were added to the game, because at that point you can really only restart again and upgrade damage. It would be really cool if this was added. I’ve lost many towers by accidentally pressing that button😭. Also, please bring box the box icon that you press to increase the speed of towers. My hands feel so empty without it😞.
