Это очень сильно раздражает, потому что и так заходишь ненадолго, а эти рекламы отъедают время пребывания внутри игры и убивают желание вообще в неё заходить, как представишь, что опять придется скипать рекламу. Hope someone sees this and helps me out. 😕 ### 1/5 — Error with recent update‼️PLEASE CORRECT *2025-11-23, version 1.463.2* The recent update which has changed the 24hr goals to weekly goals, has an error within the “LOGIN_DAYS” section. Currently I’m on day 6. System shows me only completing “LOGIN 1 DAY”, yet I have played this game every single day, multiple times a day (for a very long time). Other than opening the app/game, there is no place in which to ‘login’ or enter a username or password. Since this new update, the “LOGIN_DAYS” goal was sometimes shown as completed, sometimes not - yet I did nothing differently on any one day than the previous. I currently have EVERY SINGLE OTHER GOAL COMPLETED FOR ALL 7 DAYS - EXCEPT THIS ONE. I have written to customer service, twice this week, regarding this error, but have not received any response. This is not unusual unfortunately, as I have written several inquiries over the past year+ but have not received any response for any of my issues. I have taken screenshots of every day of the week & the goals for each day. I am writing to Apple within the App Store for this issue, because I do not expect any resolution from you. The new goal system is difficult if you do not play for many hours each day (I happen to do so). The goals are not realistic for someone who just jumps in for 10 minutes a couple times a day. Therefore, for me to have completed every single other goal except this “LOGIN_DAYS” means I will not obtain the large ‘present’ I would have received for completing every goal. Previously I obtained a small purple chest every day for completing those goals, which I combined into a large purple chest. But, you have eliminated those chests. Why? I think it’s obvious. Because those chests contained RUBIES. You want to force us to BUY RUBIES. Just as you eventually eliminated the ability to use the ‘Liquid Rainbow’ with rubies or coins. Your greedy money grab is disgusting. Now it’s to many ads I am looking at ad more then games play need to reevaluate how many ad and the ad are for the fake games that say you can win money. Lorsque le support est contacté à ce sujet, il ne vous réponde que si vous avez porté réclamation auprès d’Apple. De plus le jeu semble avoir été programmé pour être interminable, pour user le matériel, vos articulations et provoquer au final des courbatures pires que le mal des secrétaires. It feels like a copy-paste cash grab. Developers should invest in original content instead of duplicating the same game under a new name. They also love removing things you’ve bought with real money with no warning. Tip: if you want to play merging games and hate these money hungry companies play on crazy games.com with an adblocker. Can get most things free. Also, giving 5 stars is about the only chance of having this review appear, or customer service reply to any of my questions or comments. It’s been well over a year since they have replied to anything I’ve asked or reported in the cust serv area of the game. If you’re thinking of getting this game, I would suggest you don’t based on that fact alone. The next reason would be that they have slowly REMOVED many ways for the player to benefit or increase their ‘earnings’ in the game. They eliminated the purple chests some time ago, which provided rubies every time they were opened. They have eliminated the ability to use the Liquid Rainbow with rubies or coins which would add 1 of either to the value you were merging together. That resulted in a significant benefit, which we no longer have. Getting rubies from other chests is now hit or miss-it’s more than obviously they want you to have to purchase them. There is one remaining chest from which you can obtain rubies in every chest, the “treasure chest”. You used to be able to purchase them about every 3 wks with rubies & receive energy for every one opened during the “Energy Surge” event. But now THEY HAVE RESTRICTED THE AMOUNT YOU CAN PURCHASE TO 3 EVERY 3 HOURS. AND THEY ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE FOR 24 HRS. WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THIS??!! I cannot imagine a logical one other than once again to restrict the amount of rubies we could obtain through chests & having us purchase them instead. So this means if you are unable to play the game for any substantial amount of time during those 24 hrs, your ability to purchase the treasure chests during the “Energy Surge” is severely limited. I didn’t think it was possible for me to be anymore disgusted with this game or the developers, but they have managed to infuriate me once again. ### 5/5 — Simple but very fun *2026-08-08, version 1.500.5* I have been playing this game for four years. I play it every day. But one change that was made is a bit frustrating. When I use my genie it is now staying where I used it. Before I was able to keep them all together. The way it is now I have to search everywhere for it before I can see how much time I have left on it. Plus it tends to get in the way of my building. So, I end up having to move it out of the way after each use. I would definitely be in favor of it going back to the way it was. That’s some really selfish and greedy actions on your part. I know I spent a lot of money in your apps and I know I wasn’t the only person fit. So why did you start making your good loyal customers start watching ads .
