When will the other monsters be attainable Iโ€™ve only seen 24 and on the app description it says over 50 different monsters I donโ€™t see the rest

Iโ€™m at chapter 14, level 18 and it wonโ€™t let me go any further. It shows a level 19 but wonโ€™t progress.
