But ive had to watch three ads to simply play today. Not for bonus rewards or special games - just to play at all. And it is $8 a week to get rid of them. Who can afford that? I’m afraid it is going to stop me playing at all. Don’t watch ads for energy though - 2/3 times you won’t get any. ### 3/5 — Lost Merge Items and Lag *2024-10-05, version 1.64.44* While I do love the game, it still has its issues. Besides the obvious, but reasonable criticism of not enough playtime, the game just decides to delete my items from the inventory box and become laggy with pulling and merging things after the day and night cycle. It’s also gonna take an unnecessary amount of time to get all those items back which were two No. 4 Gold, a No. 5 Broom, a No. 6 Parchment, a No. 9 Potion, and a No. 9 Cloak. ### 1/5 — Love this but more ads than game play *2024-08-31, version 1.64.43* I would love this game but you only get to play for 60 seconds or so before it forces yet another ad on you. I understand that companies want to make money but you have taken my joy of playing away. Every few seconds I am forced to watch an ad. I loved playing this game so much because I didn’t get forced to watch them. They come so often while I am playing that it’s ridiculous! Please just go back to the floating offers we have the choice of watching. Re-submitting this to point out that the response I got from the developers was an apology about ads. I don’t care about ads. Maybe read my comment. ### 3/5 — Fun but annoying *2024-04-05, version 1.63.08* I love the game, but it doesn’t provide enough energy to play for very long each day. Compared to other merge games, it only gives 70 energy points versus the norm of 100. And there aren’t enough opportunities to get more energy. I’m willing to watch more ads to get energy, but they only give one or two every few hours. I can’t get invested in a game that doesn’t give back. I’m also annoyed with the really long wait times for the generators. They take 1-3 hours to use them again. Another problem is that I’m getting stuck on side games because I don’t have enough money to upgrade items in order to continue. I’ve stopped playing them at all because I cannot make any progress. The game has potential, but it seems that the developers aren’t willing to give out enough for me to invest in the game. This is probably my 5th review I’ve ever written about an app and it’s because this game has potential as it’s different from other merge games. Just offer energy or coins or anything and you’ll get your full ads played but forced you will lose a huge player base that would way out way the minuscule revenue from forced ads. And from the start? Really? Terrible idea but oh well, on to the next. P.S. Your forced ad showed me the game to switch to lol. I’m not going to be coerced into spending. Instead, I will delete the game. Now you don’t get my money and you don’t get money from shoving ads in front of my eyeballs. Even when it ISN’T glitching, which is hardly ever, the game moves at a snails pace. You have to make the idiot characters in the game 40 different items before the storyline moves on at all. And certain items are nearly impossible to get from the generators, like hats & brooms. Sad, because the game would be fun if it wasn’t developed by people who have no clue what they’re doing & the storyline wasn’t drawn out as much as it can possibly be. ### 1/5 — UnVoluntary adds *2024-09-14, version 1.64.43* I had this game on my phone for going on two years and loved it. Perfect none wifi and none add game. All of a sudden we got a new update on the game, the game is slower, a forced add every approximately 45-60 seconds. The appeal of these games is repetition after all, so all the calming effects of repetitive tasks are there for me, with the plus of an interactive story plot. I specially like the items, its quite refreshing and different from other merger games. What I fo not like, in fact, I hate, is the store pop up that intrudes all the time. If you purchase energy with gems, or if you dont, if you spend the last energy too. It is truly annoying, ruins playability. It did not use to be like that. This came up as an update during xmas 2 years back and it never went away. It would be great if it reverted to how it was, because we know where the store button is and if we need to check it, we can decide to do so for ourselves, rather than have it spring on us in the midst of the playing. I also seem to have gotten to the end of dialogues, it says update soon, but it has been quite a while. I don’t mind paying for gems but I won’t buy energy just because the developer didn’t give me enough to play with in the first place, that makes the game nothing more than a pay to play.
