Mergical Home was one of my favorite games. I have sooooo many animals even a lot of rare ones but sadly I can’t access them now. I upgraded my phone and now my game has restarted at the beginning losing all my hard earned animals. I’m so frustrated! Uninstall / reinstall, Facebook connect, apple connect. Nothing works To play I have to use my old phone. I shouldn’t have to do that. I miss my game and just want to get back in it! Update. Still can’t get the game on my new phone and now I can’t even get the game to load anymore. I was in the middle of the last bonus game. Actually quite close to finishing the 10 tasks and then I couldn’t get back in. I'm angry, but mostly I'm disappointed. ### 1/5 — Used to be My All Time Favorite. *2023-05-04* DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS APP. It’s stopped working completely. It was clear they abandoned the project after they stopped having ranked events that were unique, and instead just started recycling the same events over and over. You’d get a Christmas event in the middle of summer, with a Valentine’s day one a week later. That was fine, I still played daily and played all the events. The same ones over and over every month. However, now the game is completely unplayable. While the app itself will launch, after pressing the log in button it will stall and crash. I can’t even get far enough into the app to file a help ticket. It’s just really sad, because it was my favorite merge game. Now I’ve moved on to Merge County, but if this game were actually playable and the developers hadn’t just abandoned it, I’d be playing this one. Whatever you do, DO NOT SPEND A SINGLE CENT ON THIS APP. They did an update a year ago and the game was full of bugs, I wrote them a message in their “contact us” section of the game website and I still haven’t heard back! You cannot click on the “rate us” link because they don’t want you to post a negative review so you have to go to the App Store and write one. Please fix the huge bug problems or just remove the game completely, it’s taking up space.
