## What is Meritain Health CDHP FSA?

Please note this app is not for medical, dental, or vision insurance or Health Savings Accounts (HSA).  This app is only for Flex/CDHP products including Health care and Dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, and Mass Transit accounts.  If you need assistance when logging in, please call 800-566-9305 and a member of our Customer Service team will be able to assist you.  Representatives are available Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm EST.

Save time by easily and securely accessing your Flex/CDHP benefit accounts.  The mobile app features real-time access and intuitive navigation with summarized financial information and charts.

To login to the mobile app, follow the steps noted below.  Please note that your ID is your SSN.  If you have difficulty when logging in, please call 800-566-9305 and a member of our Customer Service team will be able to assist you.  You can also access your account via the Meritain Health portal at https://account.meritain.com.
 
1. Open the app, scroll to the bottom of the page and select New User?  Set Up Your Account.
2. You will be redirected to the User Identification page to begin step one of four.
3. Follow steps one through four to complete the set-up.
4. Once you have completed the set-up, you will be logged out.  You will then be required to log back in using your new username and password.

Way to go to not care about your customers and read reviews about how dumb your app developers really are… I still have yet to log in it continues to say wrong password or username… forcing me to go to your clunky out dated website and enter in exact same username and password and gets right in… if my company didn’t use you for insurance I’d be long gone… oh and side note… maybe don’t advertise this as a convenient insurance app for customers like all other good insurance companies do… if it’s not what this app is for then remove this from the App Store seriously you’re confusing customers.. maybe create an app for your customers like allll other insurance companies do

I have not been able to log in the app despite resetting my password multiple times. It only works on my computer or my web browser.

Same issues experienced here as the other review. Can’t log in. When I use the same credentials on the browser it works every time. No matter how matter how many times I try and reset the password, I get the same result.

Like all the other comments are stating, when logging into the website it recognizes me and allows me in just fine. However, when I try to do the same thing on the app it states I’m not recognized. This isn’t user error.

Strange to state in the app’s description as “no hassle for insurance” when the login is broken lol
