Anything but an “upgrade”. It’s been months and I can still only see 2 of my business accounts. I have at least 10 more I need to see. And we can’t transfer between business and personal. Give us the old app back.

Meritrust is going backwards, they don’t ask their customers what they want.

Before we could easily transfer funds between business and personal, now we have to drive to their office or call them and be on hold for 12 minutes or start using paper checks again so we can edeposit.  They say they are working on a fix so I will update my review once this is done as I did love the previous model before they split business and personal.

Now we can transfer to our personal accounts to pay ourselves.  But it doesn’t allow biometrics for login, yet.  But this is a minor inconvenience compared to the transfer issue we used to have.
