Also do the staff have training to bother you when you win ?? ### 1/5 — No more match plays? *2025-10-11* After the initial free match plays you don’t seem to ever receive any more? Needs more regular match plays to make it worth while ### 1/5 — you can play 100€, if you win 30€ he won't give you anything *2024-07-30* The place for him is the worst I've ever seen in England. So the coffee shop doesn't work. I won 30€, they don't have any money to give me the bosses and tell me it's too much to play or come tomorrow to get it. I don't recommend you go there because you can't have fun, you'll get more of a headache than anything else. ### 5/5 — Great *2024-07-10* When you download you receive 1 free £10 cash matche daily 10 days in a row instantly on the loyalty section of app. Dont know why more people dont know about this!! ### 1/5 — Adrian G *2022-11-03* Barely get anything on the app waste of time The free bingo to gain points has been removed but you couldn’t be bothered to spend money updating the app ! Pathetic and amateurish. ### 2/5 — Bad app 0145 *2020-04-10* Why have you turned off the free bingo game while your shut ### 2/5 — Temperamental *2019-01-10* I’ve been trying to log-in a few times now; with little success. At first I thought it was due to my self-exclusion (which I lifted over a week ago) and I was able to log-in on Saturday 5th Jan 2019. But then the app got updated; and now I can’t log in again. The app support link takes you to the Cashino website; but their helpdesk only handle queries relating to the Bingo website and not the app. ## Frequently asked questions about MERKUR Slots Venues ### What is MERKUR Slots Venues?
