I’ve reset the WiFi, my phone, lightbulb, and redownloaded the app. At least make the light bulb not flash so that it’s usable as a “normal” light bulb if pairing fails. Now I have a expensive strobe light in my living room 😂 ### 2/5 — wouldn’t buy again *2026-08-13, version 3.20.0* Smart lightbulbs are not smart at all, very slow when coming on, switching colors and pretty much doing anything at all. Disconnect one and it’ll have you waiting on a pairing screen for 30 minutes, app interface will close and open on you without prompt, just terrible. ### 4/5 — Horrible app for horrible device *2026-08-13, version 3.20.0* I’d give it no stars if I could. The actual smart plug doesn’t work like it should. Setting timers on the app never works. The only thing you can do is turn on and off devices far from the house, but that’s only if it decides it’s connected. It boots you out of the app regularly, takes about 3 tries with the correct information to log back in, looses connection to the internet weekly, and the customer service has blatantly ignored me. At first they acted like they’d eventually help and they were looking into the issue and doing a “new update” but really they just dragged this on until the return window for the device closed then stopped responding. I asked for a customer service phone number and got no response. In hindsight I’d have just returned the device and spent the extra money on a better device and a better/more reliable company. ### 3/5 — Falla al mover la camara y voltear el teléfono *2026-08-07, version 3.19.0* Al intentar subir o bajar la camara solo me permite arriba, en el medio o abajo, antes no tenia ese problema. Al girar el teléfono antes se veía exactamente igual que al derecho y ahora al girar el teléfono se ve con demasiado zoom. Si pueden corregir este problema la app sería perfecta. They didn’t work. The app couldn’t handle the camera nor could it stay connected. I attempted and “succeeded” to cancel the plan. While I received confirmation of my cancellation they still charged me and the lack of customer service access has not allowed me to fix or be refunded. Don’t, return it to whatever store, save your time and frustration. Keeps bringing up an error been like this for months. ### 1/5 — Thumbs Down: do not buy smart bulb camera *2026-06-06, version 3.15.0* Have had this for over a month and can’t get it to pair. Used multiple devices/different networks to try to pair. The app isn’t properly functional and won’t clear out the last network I tried to use to pair product. Support isn’t helpful. They blame it on the internet provider and “position” the customers to go back and talk to them for resolution. I was just trying to keep my household safe. Now we’re unsafe and out $60. ### 2/5 — Light bulbs *2026-06-05, version 3.15.0* Dealt with the light bulbs for over a year. I have eight. One died within the first year and the rest always have connection issues. Reset them pair them, will work for maybe a week. Then other days half the room will work and the other half doesn’t. Reset and pair but still says offline. One out of 2 on the light fixture will work most days rarely will both work. (No it’s not my internet.) I’m respectfully so over it! Im throwing these things away! My experience was utterly horrible. Very glitchy and buggy and for the longest time i couldnt connect the smart bulb. I tried before and everything normal but i could not connect it for the longest time and every now and then my account gets locked up and i hace to sign in again. Horrible ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible app and Terrible quality *2026-08-13, version 3.20.0* I was going to use this for my 3D printer to monitor my prints, but the video quality is so unbelievably terrible that I can’t even see the print half the time. I was thinking about buying a second one until I saw the subscription fee! It’s way too much for a camera that’s hard to see out of. I tried adjusting the lighting, the actual quality in the app, and the position of the camera and it’s still just bad. I’m also not paying to link two cameras! Paying to link 2 cameras is outrageous. This is an extreme waste of money, and I wish I hadn’t bought it in the first place. ### 1/5 — Worst smart device ever *2026-08-11, version 3.20.0* Worst plug ever. Constantly have to remove and setup device because it gets disconnected somehow. I probably do this at least once a week. Do not recommend ### 1/5 — Rip off *2026-08-07, version 3.19.0* This app itself is a ripoff. The cameras work perfectly. I bought sd cards and was told I didn’t need a subscription. After few weeks of my cameras and playback working perfectly without subscription it’s now not playing videos back. I am so disappointed it’s like they want you to purchase a subscription despite the sd cards. Not only that the customer service sucks. It’s hard to get help. I am so frustrated and would never recommend this service to no one. It works for a bit and then it glitches out again. I’m not happy with the results and Customer service while they’re responsive, they tell you to do the same basic troubleshooting techniques without escalating it to a tier 2 engineer which is disappointing.
