## What is Merlin Autosys?

Merlin is the AI that lives in your building. Not in the cloud: a unit installed in your home, office or hotel that understands everything you already have (KNX, Loxone, ABB free@home, climate, lights, energy, cameras, access control) and controls it for you. This app is your way in.

TALK TO YOUR BUILDING
• Ask the way you would ask a person: "turn off the living room lights", "how much energy have I used today?", "warn me if the warehouse goes above 28 degrees".
• The Merlin Avatar listens and answers by voice, hands-free: for when your hands are busy, for a reception desk, or for anyone who would rather not touch the screen. Accessible mode included.
• Create automations and alerts by talking: "every day at 7 raise the blinds", "if the door opens at night, call me".

EVERYTHING ON ONE SCREEN
• The whole installation at a glance: consumption, outdoor weather, alarms, presence.
• Climate, lighting, plugs, ventilation and media per room.
• Energy and cost in real time, by hour, week and month.
• Security: arm, disarm, check sensors and cameras.
• Notifications when something needs your attention.
• Sign in with Face ID or fingerprint.

YOUR DATA STAYS HOME
The app connects directly to your Merlin unit on the local network and, elsewhere, through an encrypted remote access. Your installation and its history live in your unit, not on a third-party server; what the AI needs is anonymised first.

WHO IT IS FOR
Homes, offices, hotels, agencies and industry with a Merlin unit installed. The app requires an active unit and the user credentials provided by the installer. More at merlinautosys.com.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.7 — 2026-10-02

RFID inventory: stock per reference with minimum levels, item sheet with history and manual adjustments, CSV import and export, and stock count. Stability improvements.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-09-29

Modules: Time tracking & work reports (breaks, corrections, on-screen customer signature, photos and PDF) and RFID Inventory. The menu shows only what you have enabled.

Also: cameras with live image, file and report downloads from the app (Save to Files, mail…), clearer climate control, back to Home from every section and many usability improvements.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-26

At home, the app now connects to your unit over an encrypted local connection (HTTPS) with its own certificate; if your router does not allow it, the usual connection is used. Dashboard and Wizard up to date.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-18

Merlin's voice mode has a new face: Merlin's hat looks at you, pops its ears out when it listens and sends out waves when it speaks. Same voice as always.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-18

• New “Demo” entry in the unit picker: a sample installation (home, hotel and business) to try Merlin before you have a unit of your own.
• The app now opens the last unit you used directly; to switch, open the user menu → “Select unit”.
