Несколько месяцев подряд при попытке открыть приложение просто висит загрузка и ничего не происходит

Характеристика по фото рабочая. Но так как приложение в плане знакомств, даже с подпиской абсолютно мертвое, больше одной звезды не заслужили. Выманивают деньги на подписку чтобы свайпать ботов!!!!

Само приложение очень классно. Идея уникальна, больше такого нигде нет. Ещё год назад все работало хорошо. Последнее время оно не работает совсем. Не открывается, ни загружается. Пол года назад хотела оформить подписку, не получилось, какие то сбои. Сейчас приложение не открывается уже месяца два. Если бы у меня и подписка была оформлена, было бы очень обидно.

Приложение супер по своей сути, но вот техническая составляющая выполнена просто ужасно. . Постоянно что-то сбоит. Переодически неделями не могу зайти в приложение, что крайне не приятно в силу того, что оплачена подписка, а пользоваться по факту ей не получается. В данный момент опять произошел сбой и уже неделю не могу зайти в приложение. Зависает наглухо на одном из этапов входа.
