This is the only one that constantly loses connection. If I log in again, it tells me no WiFi connection while I am connected to WiFi. I try to double check the WiFi connection in case I need to change it, but I can’t find where this can be edited. I try to use the help menu “change WiFi connection“ and “change WiFi connection on device”. I get “0 results“. I don’t know how you get such great ratings. I cannot rely on this app at all. This is my very last try to fix it before deleting. ### 5/5 — Works, flat out *2026-07-24, version 3.41.0* I tested some other products, specifically on of the manufacturer recommended / partner products and they were trash. Disconnected all then time. Didn't work 50% of them time. I had two DOAs. I installed the Meross garage door opens and it worked, fantastically, out of the box. Works everytime. The scheduled automation ensures my kids don't leave the garage doors open all night. Amazing products, I'm very satisfied. The app checks all the bozes I have needed. It has worked flawlessly. I have no hesitation recommending this product 2026-07-14 : latest update dropped reporting volume of water. It seems like every day for the past couple weeks the lightbulbs never appear connected except for rare occurrences when they finally do connect and I can control them (turn on/off). Yet again both the Meross app and Homekit have forgotten my multiple bulbs exist. I have to remove them then add them and then about 4-6 months later they are forgotten again. It’s extremely barebones and even the electricity cost section doesn’t work properly to allow you to put proper cents per kWh.
