Merra is a medication and peptide tracker for people juggling prescriptions, injections, and supplements: you log doses, Merra reminds you on time, and family or a caregiver can help. MEDICATIONS & REMINDERS Add a medication by searching the built-in library, or type it in yourself in a few seconds. Schedules can be daily, weekly, every few hours, or as needed, and weekly GLP-1 schedules are supported. Reminders arrive as normal notifications, and they also show up on the Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island through Live Activities, and, if you turn it on, in your Calendar. You can confirm, skip, or snooze a dose without opening the app. Merra can also remind you about a dose that is due soon as you leave home; your home location stays on the device. Each medication can also carry a food instruction: with food, before a meal, after a meal, or on an empty stomach. It then shows on the dose row, the widget, the Live Activity, and the reminder. PEPTIDES & INJECTIONS The peptide catalog covers common names, so adding one takes seconds. Peptides and supplements sit in their own stack, and every injection is saved with a timestamp you can search later. INVENTORY & REFILLS Merra counts the doses you have left of each medication, peptide, and supplement, and tells you before you run out. Expired items get flagged too. PHARMACY & COSTS The Pharmacy tab keeps your pharmacies and your purchases in one place. Save the pharmacies you use, or search the map for one nearby. Log each purchase with its price, quantity, and date, and attach a photo of the receipt. Merra can read the price and the pharmacy name off the receipt photo so you don't have to type them. FAMILY & CAREGIVERS Create a care circle and invite a partner, a parent, or a caregiver with an iCloud share link. Everyone keeps their own profile, medication list, and dose log, and sees only what they've been invited to see. INSIGHTS The Insights tab shows adherence by medication and by time of day, streaks, and trends over 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or a year. Tap any card or chart for every entry behind the number.
