He then said that the payment didn't go trough and to send another payment to some African named person. DONT DEAL WITH MEDICAL CARE SUPPLIER. There should be some type of way to report this person and ban them because it's bad for business. Anyway, stick to the legit shops. Some people actually send you through the mail but stay away from medical care supplier.
