## What is Mersal IQ?

Mersaliq is the mobile companion to the Mersaliq dashboard, built for the people who answer customers all day — and rarely from a desk.

ONE INBOX FOR EVERY CHANNEL
Every Common Socail Media Channel land in a single shared inbox. Every thread carries the mark of the channel it came from, so you always know where a customer is writing from before you reply.

MADE FOR A TEAM, NOT ONE PHONE
• Filter to what's assigned to you, what nobody has picked up, or everything
• Assign a conversation to a teammate, or take it yourself
• Show only unread threads when you're catching up after a break
• Snooze what can wait, resolve what's finished, reopen it when the customer writes back
• Switch between organisations if you look after more than one

REPLY THE WAY THE THREAD NEEDS
• Text, photos, videos, documents, and voice notes
• Saved replies for the question you answer twenty times a day
• Approved WhatsApp templates — the way back into a chat once the 24-hour window has closed, with placeholders filled in before it sends
• Typing indicators and read receipts, so the customer knows someone is there
• Search across every conversation, including the message history inside them

TAKE THE ORDER WITHOUT SWITCHING APPS
Check a price in the product catalogue mid-sentence, create the order straight from the conversation, and move it from new to done or cancelled as it progresses. Search orders by customer or number.

CONTACTS WITH MEMORY
Each contact keeps their phone, city, country, opt-in status, the channel identities linked to them, and every past conversation on one screen — so a returning customer never gets answered cold.

NOTIFICATIONS
Push notifications when a new message arrives in your inbox, switched off in Settings whenever you'd rather they weren't.

ARABIC AND ENGLISH, PROPERLY
Full Arabic with true right-to-left layout, not a translated afterthought. The app follows your phone's language, and changing it here syncs back to the web dashboard. Light and dark themes follow the system.
