If I book a EV and a old diesel car comes to pickup, it is quite disappointing. However, Meru is reliable when it comes to Airport drops. No one else will assure Car assignment and doesn’t cancel the ride at last minute. ### 5/5 — Awesome experience with Meru *2024-08-20, version 5.3.4* I have booked the cab and it was very nice experience for me to ride on the meru. The driver was very polite with well dressed uniform. I request all to please book take a ride with meru. ### 1/5 — Cannot schedule a ride *2023-04-20, version 5.2.8* What a crappy app. Cannot schedule a ride later to airport. It just won’t let me. It is always trying to get the taxi now. Scheduling ride later is your usp meru compared to Ola and Uber, and now you have lost it. Prices are way too high for short distance…720₹ for t3 airport to gurgaon in non peak time!! Cab which was provided was dirty. App is so poor as it keeps hanging and crashing. Wont be using the app again. ### 2/5 — Payment Issue *2023-03-12* You are not allowing us to pay directly from credit card for booking we have to route through Paytm and this Paytm will charge transaction amount, not fair. You have to provide all options to the customers. If you have any business agreement you do it with Paytm directly but need not route for digital payments ### 1/5 — App full of bugs *2023-02-19, version 5.2.7* I have tried adding my credit card multiple times. The app deducts 1 rupee and then credits it back. It says card validated successfully. I get a message from my credit card too. But the app then says failed to add card. Have tried this around 25 times. It is as per their whims and fancies. Even after confirmation of cab at airport last night drivers have rejected to travel siting fare is not viable. When complained at Meru desk they looked helpless in resolving it. No option to pay via credit card. This app, service and company are unreliable and should be avoided. I wish Blu smart had more cabs to offer. Never using this again. In the name of booking the they take booking and also they take payment for it bit they don’t honour the booking. They are asking to go by the metre which gives them more money. First, I didn’t get the driver details until a minute past my booking, even thought I made the booking at least 20 minutes before! Even called the customer support for help, but they were of no use. Then, the driver cancelled and again, there was no option of getting another driver. Once again, the customer support was unhelpful. There’s no point of this app, since you have to go to the counter at the airport even if you book via the app! Please don’t use this app, specially for any old person in your family. They’ll only be inconvenienced! ### 1/5 — Worst service *2025-02-21, version 5.3.8* I booked a rental ride from delhi airport, Meru confirmed my ride but taxi details were not shared. I called customer care and they said wait for 5 minutes, we will share taxi details as we have sent the information to concern team. Waited for an hour at airport for taxi but did not get any details. ### 1/5 — Pathetic service and that too from Twitter hero Mahindra babu company *2024-12-12, version 5.3.7* There is no customer support number. The number given on the app says it is “invalid”. There is no way to reach out to Meru if one needs some support or if one is in a crisis/dangerous situation. I booked a ride from Delhi airport to home. Didn’t get the bill. Have emailed them - no response. No number to reach them. No receipt, no sms confirming the booking nor details of the trip which the other apps easily provide. Cab services like Merru are based on fraud and theft and deception. I have paid 800 plus bucks for the booking and cancelled it immediately and I am yet to get any sort of compensation or refund. The customer service people are not helpful. At all.
