## What is Mes mots rient?

L'application "Les Mots en Jeux"  se fonde sur l’idée que le vocabulaire n’est pas seulement un outil de la langue mais qu’il est aussi un moyen de communication et de connaissance que chacun utilise à sa manière.

Dans cette activité, le but est d’associer des mots par paires, soit par doublon (cartes jumelles) soit par un même affixe commun (cartes cousines).

Il est possible de jouer avec des cartes jumelles (il faut rechercher les mêmes mots, par exemple : orthographe/orthographe) ou avec des cartes cousines (il faut alors constituer les paires par un affixe commun, par exemple : orthographe/paragraphe).
Il est possible de choisir entre plusieurs thèmes lexicaux : vocabulaire général ou vocabulaire "école".
Il est enfin possible de déterminer le nombre de cartes à jouer : 12, 20 ou 30.

Des options "temps" peuvent être sélectionnées en fonction de la difficulté souhaitée :
– 3 temps d’affichage des cartes (1 étant le plus rapide, 3 le plus long) ;
– le chronomètre, actif par défaut, peut être désélectionné (la partie se déroule sans délai imparti, l’option bonus temps n’est alors plus accessible) ;
– le bonus temps par défaut (à chaque paire trouvée, 4 secondes sont rajoutées au chronomètre) peut être désactivé.

L'application semble avoir beaucoup de potentiel. Malheureusement, pour le moment 1 seul jeu est disponible. J'ai très hâté d'avoir les autres jeux, car je travaille beaucoup les morphèmes et les affixes avec mes élèves et je cherche des idées pour varier mes interventions.
