## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — The app keeps crashing every time I opened it.

*2024-06-12*

Please fix. I can't do anything in it.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2021-05-28*

All it does is freeze on a screen that says “powered by rock solid one link”. Ironic

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2018-01-21*

This is app is a confusing piece of crap. I used the old one all the time with no issues

### 4/5 — Very effective app!

*2020-11-24*

I use this app several times a week. Recently I submitted a landscape problem to the city of Mesa which needs their attention. The issue hasn’t been corrected as of this review. That is understandable given the COVID-19 problems. I’m sure it will be taken care of in the near future. I know the safety of the citizens of Mesa is a top priority to the city government. After all, they wouldn’t want someone to get hurt if they a found negligent.

### 4/5 — Quick Response Time

*2015-09-23*

Very simple app that seems to actually work.

Submitted a request regarding overgrowth on side of major roadway and looks like it's been taken care of in less than 24hrs.

Could be a lot more useful if it weren't limited to transportation related requests. Will be nice to see what other departments adopt the app.

### 5/5 — Genius App!!!

*2015-12-24*

What a great way to keep the city beautiful 😊

### 5/5 — Great app!

I really appreciate having this tool to help deal with issues in the neighborhood. Helps to keep Mesa clean.
