Day care, utilities. No commutation, no timeline, nothing. I had to pay late fees because of that. After 2+ weeks of repeated response saying they are working on it and it’s “temporary”, the card was suddenly closed and what’s worse is there seems to be no way to transfer the points out. Search for Mesa on Reddit r/CreditCards and you will see many ran into the same problems. ### 5/5 — Some hiccups on sign up but overall great card and coding *2025-12-04, version 1.92.0* Overall this is a great card and the app generally works well. Admittedly I had some difficulties signing up initially but it’s been working great since. For me the process had a small hitch (screen was stuck in the checking application screen) but it resolved within 24hrs. I think the benefits you get from this card for no fee is unmatched! I reached out when our daycare didn’t code as daycare and it was fixed within 24hrs and extra points credited. ### 1/5 — Just a joke of an operation *2025-10-07, version 1.86.0* I go to the website, click an “Apply Now” button. Verify my email, fine. Verify my phone number, less fine but ok. After that I’m just sent to a page that says web applications coming soon, apply in the app. WTF… I already feel like I got duped, they could’ve said that up front before harvesting my info. But I go install the app, put in my info again, and I still can’t apply. All I can do is join a waitlist. What a joke. I feel like I got scammed. I uninstalled the app and I’m done with this company.
