App only connects to lights that are within 6-8 feet which makes controlling multiple lamps in different location simultaneously impossible. The timing function does not work reliably so I had to set up photosensitive outlets instead to ensure dusk to dawn operation. The preset color modes are limited to only few choices which are not customizable at all so if you don’t like the color choices you only have option for setting up steady illumination of one color. These lamps are great for rock bands, since they are lightweight, cool, running, and easy to activate in the music mode.
