Every time I go to the app I’ve somehow been signed out. Makes me want to avoid using the mesh card and instead just stick with my personal card + Expensify.

Was required to download this for work expenses, and it’s a joke. My manager somehow shut off my account on a Sunday and no one was able to help for hours. When I click on the notification to upload my receipt the app tries to open but never does. I have to login with my email every time and request a verification code. Once I get the verification code I am sent a text with another verification code. Once I enter that code I can usually manually enter my receipts. E-receipts have also been challenging because I haven’t figured out how to enter multiple screen shots because a receipt is so long and my work requires the entire receipt. Overall the app is super buggy and if I wasn’t required to use this I wouldn’t.

The app does not load and you cannot sign in from the browser app either. Please host your app in a better backend system. Your UI is great but useless if you cannot use the platform.

The app is extremely difficult. More importantly the company changes their policies on cash advances and limits frequently. Look elsewhere!

App is pretty buggy.  Slow logins and navigations.  

When I’m making a purchase it’s nice to quick snap a pic and upload the receipts right on the spot.  I find over 75% of the time the flow is so slow I’ve reverted back to my old ways of expense fridays and the big machine I use to use “oracle”.  Account allocations, payments being declined, buggy app, slow logins, virtual card is a mess, accidentally spend on the wrong account and makes it unbelievably hard to move the spend to another account after the fact.  The list goes on. Don’t waste your time come back in 2 years if they are still around and then give them another shot.

We control spend at the org and gain real time visibility for all our spend through Mesh. We are able to close the books at our co faster than ever before, and we can manage our spend across multiple entities easily. Amazing ERP integrations. Highly recommend.
