App won’t let you make an account and trying to find support on the website is just a bunch of dead ends and expired links

If the app is not being maintained and will not work, how can they legally be able to sell a product that it is supposed to connect to. I ordered a product for the sole purpose of being able to use it and perform an action through the app. If I knew that I wouldn’t be able to create an account, I never would have bought the product in the first place.

The app will not let you register. The waiting icon spins forever. 

You can register with the Adaprox app, but then the MeshHub app won’t let you sign-in. The waiting icon spins forever. 

You can sign-in with the Adaprox app, but even with selecting the IR Remote, the app cannot see the device.

Trying to schedule my RF device to turn on at 6:30 am once I select the time it won’t let me select an action. I choose the device but I’m trying to select one of the learned buttons and it won’t accept the selection or move past the button selection screen.

I’m controlling a finger bot switch to turn on an electric heater. I have set up a schedule to trigger the heater on and off throughout the day. The problem I’m having is knowing that the heater is on or off after the scheduler has triggered the heater.  What I need is a notification that a trigger has happened when it is triggered.  Your app is working to trigger the finger bot according to the schedule.  But I have no way of knowing that it actually did the trigger.  I’m using the IOS app.  Thanks for advising me on how to do this. Theo
