Don’t worry, you’ll stop struggling and things will start changing this week…and next week, it’ll pick up speed. Because, you’re the one in control of everything. Don’t you feel better after hearing this?! You’re good to go now!” There are only 3-5 techniques mentioned to address every user concern, with the primary being visualization (technically, that’s not a technique until the intervention design is explained and its elements are individually confirmed to be efficacious via quality research). Aside from the 3-4 techniques, no information is given re: “‘how’ and ‘why’ whatever will done using AI in the app, will work.” $25/mo is required to receive 3 personalized, AI crafted predictions that everything improve, alongside lingo that affirms you’re already changing; these 3 “sessions” all contain built in cheerleading—a feel good perk that is completely free of charge. One correction worth making. The library sessions aren't AI generated. I wrote all of them and I narrate all of them. The AI voices are a setting, four alternate voices you can pick instead of mine if you prefer one of them. Same sessions either way. On your main point, I think you're right. A short intro session can't do real work on an actual problem. I've said the same thing myself. It's there to show you what the app is and it isn't doing that well enough, so I'm rebuilding it. The custom sessions also aren't a fixed set of three to five techniques. What gets used depends on what someone brings. That's hard to see from the intro, which is on me.
