Deben revisar la app ya que cuando uno pide no te deja añadir algunas cosa que están disponible. Adicional si pides algo en combo también te pide añadir otras cosas como por ejemplo. Combo desayuno con hasta Brown y te pregunta después si quiere Hashbrown y si le contestas afirma te añade otras Hash Brown a la cesta y en vez de dos llevas 4 Hashbrown. La avena le dices que es sola y te preguanta si quieres añadir algo,  si no no te deja añadirla. En fin u desastres en la app. Del mesón.

Placed a order for 3 breakfast sandwich combos. For pickup a my local El Meson half a mile away.
After payment, received a confirmation for only two and to pickup at another El Meson 12 miles away with no way to edit or cancel the order.

Very bad experience.

The order was “ready for pickup” when I arrived, but they weren’t even working on it. 20 minutes to get it for me is unacceptable. I ordered a Mesotron and it was packed in 2 pastry boxes; and it was cold.

La orden estaba “lista para recoger” cuando llegue, pero ni la habían comenzado a trabajar.  Tardo 20 minutos en estar lista y para colmo pedi un mesotrón y lo empacaron en dos cajas de postres; y estaba frío.

Muy buena la app. 
Lo único que encontré es que no me dio la opción de elegir la leche de almendras en la selección de Cappuchino, todas las demás opciones lo tiene incluido. Si corrigen ese problema sería excelente.

La app me encanta mucho. Pero, le brindo 4 estrellas porque deben poner la opción de especificar como uno desea el Sándwich. ( Ej. Si lo deseo Al grill, sin algún ingrediente, etc). Deben añadir esa parte.

Soy cliente frecuente del mesón prácticamente les compro todos los días, se vuelve familia uno con el restaurante porque te llaman por tu nombre al llegar a recoger. Sin embargo la aplicación tiene aún oportunidades para uno hacer o añadir extra eh. Cuando seleccionas el tipo de pan debe tener la opción de extra margarina o solo tostada etc un ejemplo
