## What is MESPAS TSM?

Superintendents can walk around a vessel and record information or add photos as they see issues in real time. For example inspection findings and observations. Further, you can see which parts and consumables have been requested for your vessels and which vendors have been contacted. No matter, whether offers shall be compared, approval processes need to be followed, budget spending transparency is required, or geographical positions have to be unveiled – MESPAS Mobile let you handle these tasks wherever you are at any time. Crews doing maintenance jobs can consult manuals, record tasks completed, add photos and comments, consume parts and change inventory. Users simply log in to the app directly via an internet connection, download the tasks and can fill them in, in on or offline mode.

1. Sortable Filters on the Landing Page
Users can now reorder landing page filters with drag and drop. The selected order is saved automatically for a more personalized app experience.

2. Visual Remarks for Follow-Up Tasks
Users can now add or take pictures in follow-up tasks and remarks, annotate them, add comments, and undo changes. This makes issue documentation clearer and easier.

3. QR Code Access to Machine Details
Scanning a machine QR code now opens the machine detail view in addition to enabling maintenance task creation. Users get instant access to open activities, tasks, and related
documents.

4. Authorized Reassignment of Maintenance Work
Admins and planners can now control who is allowed to reassign maintenance activities in the mobile app. All reassignment actions are logged for better transparency and traceability.

5. QHSE Forms on App
QHSE forms are now available directly in the app. This makes it easier to complete and manage important forms on the go.

6. Improved Search in Mobile Dropdowns
Dropdowns with more than eight entries now open the keyboard automatically, so users can search by typing. This makes finding records faster and reduces scrolling.
