App will not allow you to log in. It scans for Face ID. Then send you an email with a confirmation number. The app will not allow you to put the information number in, the text box doesn’t work and the keyboard doesn’t come up.

I loved the idea of the app. However I signed up made an account and now I’m getting an error message to confirm my email with a code that was sent but it doesn’t send the email with the code and it doesn’t let me move on or go back. Very frustrating. Hopefully they can get it fixed!

I am very glad to see MESSA (the best healthcare for public employees in Michigan by far) has an app! I have already used it to check my deductible and look up my insurance number to fill out a form.
