I used BBerrys Autotext constantly for SMS appointment confirmations, addresses, etc; this isn't the same but it works for my needs with the fewest clicks I've seen on iPhone. Select my saved template, my contact, edit the message if needed (I fill in the Aptmt info), DONE.
