The point of the app on the iPad is such that I’m not glued to my mobile. Em primeiro lugar, a fonte exibida no aplicativo está extremamente pequena, dificultando significativamente a leitura. Além disso, ao digitar uma mensagem, surge uma barra sobre o campo de texto, impedindo a visualização do conteúdo que está sendo escrito. Anexo um print da tela para auxiliar na análise dos seguintes pontos: Tamanho da fonte excessivamente reduzido; Barra sobreposta ao campo de digitação, impossibilitando a visualização da mensagem durante a escrita. Solicito, por gentileza, que verifiquem essas ocorrências e me orientem quanto à solução. Caso não seja possível corrigir as falhas, peço o cancelamento da minha assinatura, uma vez que, nas condições atuais, o produto não atende às expectativas de funcionamento.
