### 1/5 — They’ll Stop Paying You

Viewpoints was great for a while — super easy way to make some extra money. But beware — eventually they’ll just stop paying you and your payment will be “delayed” and then “cancelled” and no matter how many times you try support, they’ll give you the same copy & paste response and don’t even reply to what you say.

In loved this app, I use to use it all the time now every time I try to resume a program the app crashes. I don’t know who to message for help either. Prior to this I would get something popping up to log in every time I tried to resume a program. It sucks that I don’t even know how to get help

As the title suggests, I’ve used viewpoints and my main way of getting money as a person trying to find their first job but now I got no more programs and my income comes to a grinding halt. 
Tried emailing them to no response.

Normally works well! But now I haven’t been able to cash out my rewards. There’s delays every single time and when I emailed for support, nothing gets done. I get told to contact the app support itself then they tell me to contact the other partner tremendous, so I’m just going in circles. I’m deleting and not using anymore because I’ve tried to get answers and no one cares to help.

I’m extremely active with Meta so I’d love to be more grateful for the opportunity to offer my perspective but facts are that monetization opportunities have been mostly fake projections. Anyway! It isn’t without issue. Currently in a loop where every time I click to begin assignment I’m kicked out to previous page.
