With this app, Metabolic Balance clients carry their personal shopping assistant with them at any time. After downloading the app on the smartphone, you deposit customer data for your personal plan once. Then all functions are available in the form of a clear weekly schedule. For example, to select a lunch, users call up the corresponding meal, the app then shows matching recipe suggestions, tailored to the respective plan specifications. All desired recipes are included in the weekly schedule. And not only that: every client has his personal list of purchases or ingredients at hand at all times. Users save their personalized recipes on their smartphone. However, when organising future meal plans, would be a lot easier if the food list was in alphabetical order. Would be great if when selecting “fish” it also lists the “seafood”. There is no where to add your seafood allowance to the meal plans. ### 4/5 — Makes it so much easier *2023-08-08* I enjoy using the app and recommend to other participants to use it as well. Wish there was a way to do the switch from dinner to lunch and vice versa, and that it add the additional meals like mandelade or egg meal that sometimes are suggested in addition. So happy it now calculates the veggie mix for the meals (you could only choose one veggie per meal before). Please keep improving it. I have not been able to access the app despite removing and adding it back on my phone. It tells me my information belongs to a user. I am the user. Tried to reach out for help from The Metabolic Balance program for months now and the only contact is not responding or doing anything to help. I have my meal plan which I saw a consultant for all phases. I would like to do this again without a consultant. But can not as don’t have a code? I feel that you should still have access to app even if your not with a consultant but have in the past. ### 1/5 — Useless! I’m not impressed. *2021-02-16, version 1.1.44* When you offer a shopping list facility you need to make sure it works. You can’t add in more than one food from the list of fruits or vegetables. And you can’t switch between vegetables and salad or mix the two (like I was told was allowed). This is of no benefit to me at all. What it can do is remind you of what you are allowed to have when you’re shopping but that’s where the usefulness ends.
