I started the metabolic reset diet a few weeks ago after reading the book & joining the Facebook group. This app was released midway through my 28 days. As someone who loves tracking, this was the missing piece in my plan. It makes tracking my daily goals & progress very simple, and the dashboard is user friendly & helpful. 

Note: to get an initial login, you need to join the free 7 day metabolism reset on Dr. Christianson’s website. A code will be emailed. After that, I had full access to all the app features. Thank you for making this!
