## What is Metadata Cleaner by Foundry?

Metadata Cleaner shows what your photos and files reveal before you share them.

Inspect supported images, videos, PDFs, and Office documents locally on iPhone and iPad. Review privacy-sensitive details such as location, capture time, device or camera information, and creator identity.

Full Cleaning creates a separate cleaned copy, verifies the result, and leaves the original unchanged. Save clean copies to Photos or Files, or share them directly. You can also start from the Photos share sheet or another app’s share menu.

Metadata Cleaner never uploads your files. Inspect for free and unlock verified cleaned-copy creation with one non-consumable in-app purchase shared with the Mac version.

## Pricing and in-app purchases

Base price: Free.

**One-time purchases**
