## What is Metadata Destroyer?

Metadata Destroyer removes metadata info by taking the image completely apart and reconstructing it pixel by pixel.

The app reads the visible pixels from your photo, separates them from the original file, and uses them to build a fresh image. Because the original file is not copied, its embedded metadata is not carried into the reconstructed version.

The result is a clean copy that looks like your original photo without retaining its original hidden information.

WHY RECONSTRUCT THE IMAGE?

Some tools edit or remove individual metadata fields. Metadata Destroyer takes a different approach: it extracts the image itself and rebuilds it as a completely new file, pixel by pixel.
