Please help to fix disconnect issue. I can’t even use my dashcam at all. What’s the function of installing one if I can’t use it? The price is hella expensive as well

Need to be very close to detect the WiFi. On road can easily detect others car dash cam but not the own dash cam. After get connected it also very easy to get disconnected. Never able to record a whole journey. Also unable to find the recorded video in the apps as well.

Dashcam has to be updated by the service centre personnel manually, cumbersome to keep visiting the site

very bad experience this dashcam,when i buy new car dealer recommend to install,but after 3week i want to check the video record always show wrong password,i only use one time when i collect my car the salesman teach me one time only.

Once connected to dashcam, the connect will cut off within 10 sec. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. Doesn’t work. Also reset the dashcam few times. Still same problem. Damn lousy system.

Apps a bit laggy but does its job. Easy to connect with DVR. Only need to setup on the first time usage. The next time you drive, DVR will automatically connect with this apps even if you don’t launch the apps.
