## What is Metafare?

Metafare is the companion app for your Metafare fitness membership — immersive VR workouts on your included headset, guided by real personal trainers, with progress tracked straight from your wrist.

TRAIN
• Follow the daily workout plan your trainer builds around your goals and fitness level
• Complete immersive exercises in MetaGYM VR on the headset included with your membership
• Log real-life exercises (outside the headset) with exact start/finish timing
• Let the app read your calendar (on your device only) and suggest free slots for your next session

TRACK
• See average, peak, and per-exercise heart rate for every workout, straight from your Apple Watch via Apple Health
• Follow daily steps, active calories, distance, and sleep on the Health dashboard
• No wearable? Your phone's step sensor keeps counting
• Explore your trends with tap-through charts

STAY MOTIVATED
• Invite friends, compete with them on the leaderboard, and push each other further
• Build daily habits with gentle reminders

YOUR TRAINER, WITH YOU
• Reach your trainer on WhatsApp
• Complete your health-intake survey so your program is built to fit you

MEMBERSHIP
A Metafare membership includes a VR headset delivered to your door plus in-person personal training sessions. This app is where members train, track, and stay on plan. Manage your subscription in-app, including freezing and unfreezing.

PRIVACY FIRST
Your health data belongs to you. Heart-rate and activity data are uploaded only with your explicit consent, never sold or shared with third parties, and can be deleted at any time — and sleep data never leaves your device. Full policy: https://metafare.sa/privacy
