* Organizations: Connect/Manage all your sfdc orgs in Metaforce, and perform all kinds of actions just by one click.
* Projects: Check/Update apex code in Metaforce code editor, faster and easier than SFDX and VS Code!
* Deployments: Deploy/Compare metadata changes to any target org, and no change set any more!
* Data Manager: Migrate records from object(Org A) to target object(Org B) directly. In addition, you can also import/export CSV records from object via bulk api.

I have been using this for a while now.  It has helped me to quickly create any type of metadata in sandbox environments and easily do diff checks with other environments.  Deployments are made easy with this as well, with no hassle retrieve and deploy process.
