I wanted to subscribe again but can’t. The app shows “Your iPad subscription is active. It has not been active for over a year but the app thinks I am still subscribed so I can’t renew or cancel. Very frustrated with the app or, to be fair, the iOS version of it. ### 1/5 — Racist publishers, Future Publishing *2020-03-22* Dubious content, racist overtones with dog whistling editorial. I’m deleting - stay away. ### 1/5 — Useless! *2019-03-30* I downloaded the Metal Hammer app to try and order a physical copy of the latest edition. I paid £3.99 and then a download started on my phone! It wasn’t made clear to me at all that i was only buying a download! I wanted, and thought i was purchasing an actual physical real printed copy. I can’t hand a digital copy to my son, you can’t stick a poster in a download to your wall. Not impressed at all, if i don’t get a refund, that £3.99 is the last money Metal Hammer will get from me. ### 1/5 — Issues have disappeared and won't download *2018-09-23* The title says it all. I purchased he latest issue and not only will it not download, but ALL of my purchases are gone. I've tried the restore library function and nothing shows up. I've tried deleting the app and re-downloading it, and STILL nothing. I have tried to get it sorted out with Team Rock, but they keep saying the same things to try which don't work! What makes it worse is I renewed my years subscription just before the ios8 upgrade.
