ロードや同期に時間がかかり、仕事上の実用性としては難があります。同期も手作業でやる必要があります。バックグラウンドで勝手にやってくれると助かるのですが。のんびりした方、のんびりした会社には良いのかもしれません。

Many users including me have been caught by this company with previous app 7NotesHD.  It was not supported by iOS11.  No update was pushed to warn users of its impending doom.  We just found the files unusable post iOS upgrade.  The company has published nothing to help users who have upgraded to retrieve their files. Not even a simple app to retrieve the files from the iPad where they are still stored.  Fortunately I found a complex way to get thumbnails.  But in low res and cost me £35.

MetaMoji Note と分ける必要があるのかな？

シングルアカウントを無料版、マルチアカウントを有料版。さらにアドオンも付けられる（無料版から有料版へ引き継げる）…という風にして、機能そのものは統合すればいいと思います。

このアプリの肝は複数での同時編集が可能という点にあります。
手書きの注釈アプリとしてもストレスを感じる事も少なく快適だと思います。
難点としてはイラスト？などのアイテムがセンスがなさ過ぎる事。直線、囲み、矢印などの図形があると更に使い勝手が良くなると思います。
その点で☆マイナス1です。
